This Day of Recollection, drawing on the theme of contemplation is a one-day retreat that allows us to focus on our spiritual journey and deepen our relationship with God through prayer, reflection and guided meditation. The day provides a focused time for spiritual growth and introspection, allowing us to step back from daily routines and connect with our faith. Participants can experience a renewed sense of purpose, a deeper connection with their faith, and a strengthened relationship with God.
Activities will include:
Prayer and Meditation: Guided meditations, spiritual readings, and personal prayer time.
Reflections: Visual, auditory and written material with a focus on contemplation for enjoyment in times of silence.
Examination of Conscience: A time to reflect on one’s invitation or intentions as the retreat draws to a close.
