A time for guided reflection and silent contemplative walking and listening to God’s presence within ourselves and nature.

Starting from Campion in Kew, we cross into Studley Park, an island of natural bushland near the heart of Melbourne and make our way via bush tracks down to and along the Yarra River. We will stop by the river at the quiet and out-of-the-way Galatea Point, then loop back to Campion.

Distance approx. 6km, some 110m climbing. Some steep and uneven tracks particularly near the Yarra River. May be muddy after rain.

 When:  Saturday 11 April 2026, 9.30am – 12:30pm (morning only)

Start Point:  Campion, 99 Studley Park Road, Kew, ENTER VIA HODGSON STREET (plenty of street parking). Public transport: The Studley Park Rd/Kew Junction buses 200, 207. Bus stop at Campion corner of Hodgson St or opposite (from city).

Price:  $35 including retreat facilitation, walk guidance, prayer material.

BYO: Day pack, water, snacks to carry, raincoat. A thick plastic bag or mat to sit on.

Wear:  Walking shoes/boots with good tread, sunhat, sunblock.

Walk Grade:   3 – Medium, approx. 6km.
