Understanding the pain and heartache that comes from a loss and the accompanying grief is both universal but also a personal and unique experience. This series of four workshops is designed to provide a safe space for individuals to process their emotions, find healing and start to imagine Life Again. Following William Worden’s Four Tasks of grieving, each workshop will cover the following guidelines:
- Workshop One: To Accept the Reality of the Loss
- Workshop Two: To Process the Pain of Grief
- Workshop Three: To Adjust to a World Without the Deceased
- Workshop Four: To Find an Enduring Connection with the Deceased whilst Embarking on a New Life (Life Again).
These workshops are interconnected and built on each other.
Cost: $360 for the whole series (4 workshops)
Each workshop can be attended online or In-Person
