Understanding the pain and heartache that comes from a loss and the accompanying grief is both universal but also a personal and unique experience. This series of four workshops is designed to provide a safe space for individuals to process their emotions, find healing and start to imagine Life Again. Following William Worden’s Four Tasks of grieving, each workshop will cover the following guidelines:
