Are you longing for a day of quiet simplicity-space to rest, reconnect, and open to the presence of God? Come and join us for a peaceful retreat day that begins with a warm welcome and time for centering. Gentle music and a short reflection will guide us into a period of silent, seated meditation.
You will have time for walking meditation, observing nature, or simply resting in stillness. Later, there will be an opportunity to reflect on any insights and to ease gradually out of the silence.
Morning Tea provided, BYO Lunch
