Clergy Leading Cultural Change
Presented by Very Rev Fr Neil Muir, Rector, Holy Spirit Seminary.
Webinar focussing on how to lead cultural change as clergy, in particular how to embed a culture of safety within clerical environments. Fr Neil will include practical examples and suggest tools to embed a culture of safety successfully. This webinar will include a question and answer session.
Fr Neil Muir, is a dedicated priest of the Diocese of Cairns with 30 years of ordained ministry, having been ordained in 1994. He pursued postgraduate studies at Haythrop Jesuit College at the University of London to further his education from 2002 to 2004. Father Neil has served as a parish priest on three occasions and has held the position of Episcopal Vicar and Moderator of the Diocesan Curia in Cairns, contributing to the governance and administration of the diocese. In 2022, he was appointed Rector of the Holy Spirit Provincial Seminary, where he continues to foster the next generation of clergy.
