In 2026, we introduce the theme, “Nourish Your Purpose.”

This three-day conference journey is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, activating a spirit of exceptional leadership, enlivened faith, deep knowledge and professional capability.

The program seeks to invigorate a faith-engaged spirit of leadership, enhance knowledge required for exceptional school communities and foster shared learning experiences that equip you with the knowledge and skills to confidently lead your school community.

The event engages with the Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit. The Fruits of the Spirit, derived from Galatians 5:22-23 in the New Testament, offer valuable guidance and multiple applications for leaders in Catholic schools.

Through keynote presentations, workshops, journalling, reflection and collegial experiences the delegates will develop their:

• Decision-making skills: Basing choices on these virtues to ensure ethical and compassionate leadership.
• Communication skills: Using language that reflects these qualities in interactions with staff, students, and parents.
• Student formation: Integrating these principles into the curriculum and pastoral care programs.
• Community engagement: Demonstrating these qualities in interactions with the wider community.
• School culture: Fostering an environment where these virtues are valued and actively practised.
• Conflict resolution skills: Approach to disagreements with patience, kindness, and a focus on peaceful solutions.
• Professional development: Encouraging staff to cultivate these qualities in their practice.
• Personal reflection: Using these fruits as a framework for self-evaluation and continuous improvement.
