Our next presentation, Prayer – Walking the Labyrinth will begin in the Mary Elliott Room by Brother Barry Donaghue (Christian Brother).
The labyrinth is a tool, a catalyst, for our prayer. It facilitates getting in touch with our God and responding to that Presence. There are any number of ways to utilise the labyrinth with both the prayer of words, images and ideas and the prayer of silent stillness viable options. This morning will have some input with an explanation of what labyrinths are, some tips on how to use your walk, discussion if required and then a walk on the beautiful Chartres-style labyrinth at Winbourne.
