Hope in Housing
Good health starts with a Home
Pope Francis has centred the 2025 Jubilee year around the theme of Hope calling us to “fan the flame of hope that has been given us, and help everyone to gain new strength and certainty by looking to the future with an open spirit, a trusting heart and far-sighted vision”.
What does this renewed focus of hope mean for the work we do and the people we serve?
Our first Hope at the Margins webinar will focus on homelessness, a growing crisis that leaves countless individuals and families vulnerable, disconnected, and without the basic security of a home. As Catholic services focused on the whole person, we are called to be a source of hope, offering not just care, but dignity, compassion, and pathways to a better future. This discussion will explore the current landscape of homelessness, the challenges faced by frontline services, and the ways in which our ministries can continue to respond with courage, innovation, and unwavering faith to uphold the dignity of every person.
Join us for an inspiring conversation with experts and those working at the coalface of homelessness services, as we seek to transform lives and build a society where hope is not just a concept, but a lived reality.
