“Reclaim” is a collaborative initiative that seeks to breathe new life into the Catholic Young Adult space in the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
The main speaker for Reclaim in June will be Fr Casey Cole, OFM. He entered the Franciscans in August of 2011 and was ordained to the priesthood in June of 2019. Fr. Casey has published three books, Called: What Happens After Saying Yes to God, Let Go: Seven Stumbling Blocks to Christian Discipleship, and The Way of Beatitude: Living with Radical Home in a World of Division and Despair. He is the creator of two YouTube channels, which have hundreds of thousands of followers, and he regularly gives talks throughout the world on evangelization and vocations. He currently lives in Macon, GA, where he serves as chaplain to Mount de Sales Academy, St. Peter Claver School, and Mercer University.
Fr Casey’s trip to Australia is sponsored by Campus Ministry at Australian Catholic University (ACU) as a part of the special events lined up to celebrate the Jubilee Year in 2025.
