The Examen is a powerful, reflective prayer popularized by St Ignatius of Loyola. This day invites you to use this simple practice to look back at your life with God to savour and heal it, and find meaning in every experience. Then, look forward with renewed hope, trust, and confidence in God’s presence.
Your experience will be led by Dr Susie Hii, a spiritual director who brings a unique blend of spiritual and medical expertise. Dr. Hii holds a Masters in Spirituality (University of Divinity) alongside a medical degree (University of Melbourne) and works as a medical specialist, bringing a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to spiritual well-being.
