The theme of the 2026 conference is: Preserving Human Faces and Voices (Pope Leo XIV)
It is a theme that speaks strongly to the role of Catholic media in our time. In a world increasingly shaped by speed, technology and noise, Catholic media has an important role in preserving the dignity of the person, elevating authentic voices, and ensuring that the Gospel continues to be communicated with truth, hope and a deeply human face.
ACPA brings together Catholic media leaders, editors, publishers, journalists and communications professionals from across Australia and New Zealand.
GUEST SPEAKERS INCLUDE:
CARDINAL JOHN DEW, ARCHBISHOP EMERITUS ARCHDIOCESE OF WELLINGTON
JAMES BERGIN, EXECUTIVE GM OF TECHNOLOGY’ RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY, XERO
