SUMMARY:Safeguarding for Leaders and Leadership Teams
DESCRIPTION:This session has been designed for those with leadership responsibilities in Catholic organisations including bishops and congregational leaders of religious institutes. This training has been written to meet the requirements of NCSS Standard 5.3.2 \nIt is held in two sessions around six weeks apart. \nACSL’s Leaders and Leadership Team Program will provide learners with comprehensive professional\nlearning about their safeguarding responsibilities within the Catholic Church. This program will support\nlearners to build their organisational safeguarding capacity\, including modules on online safeguarding\,\nmanaging and mitigating safeguarding risks and managing safeguarding complaints effectively at a\nleadership level.\nThis program combines interactive and flexible learning. Normally offered over a six week period\, across\nthree phases as described below
