SUMMARY:Returning to the Heart: Contemplative Refresher Course for Spiritual Directors
DESCRIPTION:Over three transformative days we invite spiritual directors to step away from daily demands and immerse themselves in renewal and deepening practice. You will journey from reconnecting with your original calling\, through deepening presence and listening skills\, to sustainable integration. Each day balances personal contemplative practice with peer consultation\, skill refreshment\, and essential self-care. Experience the nourishment of silence\, reflection\, and authentic community sharing in a space that honours both contemplative\ndepth and practical wisdom. The course emphasizes personal renewal alongside professional development. Return home refreshed\, renewed\, and more deeply rooted in your ministry of spiritual accompaniment.
