Target audience: Trustees and Board members of School Authorities, Principals, Directors of Mission.
Focus: Catholic students, staff, leaders and families continue their faith journey as part of the school community, it is very helpful for Educational leaders to understand their spiritual beliefs, practices and knowledge, what inspires them to grow in faith, and what impact the school community has on their faith journey over time.
As this is a newer area, the aim is that participants will develop an understanding of the qualitative and quantitative methods of measuring the elements of people’s spiritual lives and, over time, the changes to their knowledge, attitudes and practices.
