The Intensive Journal process is best understood by engaging in the process. This 3-hour online workshop offers just that, an opportunity to experience the method as Kate guides you in a few of the exercises that are part of the Life Context 2-day workshop. A brief introduction to Dr Ira Progoff and the dynamic of the Intensive Journal method is also included. It’s designed to give a taste of Progoff’s method and help you decide if you would like to participate in a full workshop.
