Pray by the ocean on a cliff top or on the beach, or in your imagination placing yourself before the ocean. Open yourself with all your senses, your intellect, memory, and feelings, to the immensity of God’s love for you and all creation.
A unique retreat experience of Ignatian prayer practices from the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius, finding the breadth and length and height and depth of love as you pray the breadth and length and height and depth of the ocean.
Come as you are, no former prayer experience required.
