SUMMARY:Hobart Pilgrimage 1
DESCRIPTION:The Australian Pilgrimage offers the pilgrim an opportunity to develop a closer understanding of the earliest years and foundation of the Sisters of Charity in Australia. \nIt aims to help the pilgrim connect with the five women who made the first journey\, took the first steps on this soil and commenced their works of charity\, which would grow into the ministries of Mary Aikenhead Ministries today — and to consider how their own heart and mind is responding to the call to continue these works in new and contemporary contexts. \nThe pilgrimage draws its spirituality from the faith and vision of Mary Aikenhead herself\, and calls on each pilgrim who traces these footsteps to understand their individual journey of faith and to discern their place in this continuing story. \nDates: Thursday 11 – Friday 12 March 2027\nCost: free \nVenue: Hobart\, Tasmania. \nRegistration is through the Mary Aikenhead Ministries website. \nSource: Mary Aikenhead Ministries · Pilgrimages
