Short Course: 2 x 1.5 hrs. In these sessions, we will explore several life-giving ways of praying that are treasured in the Christian spiritual tradition. We will explore two ways of praying with the Bible – lectio divina and Ignatian contemplation – as well as the practice of Christian Meditation. These practices will be examined for their value to us personally and for their applicability in a classroom setting.
