eSafety is Australia’s independent regulator for online safety. They educate Australians about online safety risks and help to remove harmful content such as cyberbullying of children, adult cyber abuse and intimate images or videos shared without consent.
Kellie Britnell has over 16 years’ experience working in the online safety space and leads a talented team supporting eSafety’s awareness and capability initiatives. In her time at eSafety, Kellie has developed and delivered professional learning and resources to a wide range of audiences including the three education sectors, elite sporting teams, law enforcement and parents and carers. She has created domestic and family violence related online safety initiatives and developed key partnerships with universities, education bodies, and support services. A career highlight includes representing the agency on the online safety expert panel for the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
