The 3rd annual Diocesan One-Day Prayer Conference, with the theme “Contemplating the face of Christ” — all are invited.
The conference opens with Mass at 9:30am and finishes at 5:00pm, using the Parish Centre, Basilica and Roncalli College classrooms at Holy Family Parish, Timaru. It includes Mass, times of prayer and quiet, two keynote talks and two rounds of workshops — each participant chooses one workshop per round, all on some aspect of prayer or spirituality.
Guest speakers: Bishop Michael (keynote) plus Sr Susanna and Sr Anastasia, guest keynote speakers from Australia, from the Dominican Sisters of St Cecilia Congregation.
Cost: $49 per person — includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Payment can be made directly to the Diocesan bank account (Catholic Diocese of Christchurch: 03-0802-0948733-00, Particulars: attendee initial + surname, Code: Registration, Reference: PRAYConf).
