All of us have gifts given by God. But some of us don’t always see them.
Even Mary may not have seen herself as being gifted, but God definitely did.
In Luke’s gospel, we hear at the Annunciation, “He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, so highly favoured! The Lord is with you.’ Mary was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean.”
We all have gifts given to us by God, and like Mary, we are invited to reflect and pray upon what gifts God has given us.
This 2-day retreat led by Fr Mark Chia, CSsR will give you a chance to rejoice in those gifts and understand how they may help others uncover their own special gifts.
