In these sessions we will explore several life-giving ways of praying that are treasured in the Christian spiritual tradition. We will get to know two ways of praying with the Bible – lectio divina and Ignatian contemplation – as well as the practice of Christian Meditation. These practices will be probed for their value to us personally, as well as for their applicability in a classroom setting.
