DESCRIPTION:🌿 Day of Pause | An Invitation to Step Away and Reconnect\nIn the midst of busy professional\, personal and ministry lives\, it can be easy to keep moving without taking time to pause and notice what is happening within us. \nSometimes\, we simply need to step away. \nOn Friday 16 October\, Heart of Life invites you to a Day of Pause — a quiet opportunity to slow down\, rest and reconnect with yourself and the gentle presence of God. \nFacilitated by Kathleen Ward\, the day offers space for silent seated meditation\, walking meditation\, time in nature\, reflection and simply resting in stillness. There is no expectation to achieve or produce anything.
