In collaboration with the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference Office for Justice Ecology and Peace, BBI-TAITE offers this course as an online, work-at-your-own-pace course supported by an Online Learning Platform (OLP) and a lecturer who works with participants within the platform and via email.
Over four Modules, we will introduce you to the tradition of Catholic Social Teaching. It is a long and well-established tradition, with a practice of listening to the needs of the people and the earth and responding with a heart for justice and responsible action. As you will be aware, a Catholic School is a learning environment suffused with justice and care for the earth.
The course consists of
• 8 modules offered either weekly or fortnightly;
• Under the oversight of an online lecturer;
• All material is available online;
• Participants complete a post for each module which is responded to by the online lecturer.
• A digital certificate is provided for successful completion of the modules and the posts.
